These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of CareerAI (the "Service"), operated by K Solutions LLC ("we," "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 16 years old to use CareerAI. If you are under 18, you may only purchase a paid subscription with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
CareerAI uses artificial intelligence to analyze LinkedIn profile content, resumes, and job descriptions that you submit, and returns feedback, scores, and suggested rewrites. AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation. It is not professional career counseling, legal, or employment advice, and you are solely responsible for reviewing and deciding whether to use any suggestion.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
You retain ownership of the resumes, profile text, and job descriptions you submit ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to process Your Content — including sending it to third-party AI providers — solely to provide the Service to you. You represent that you have the right to submit Your Content and that it does not include personal data about others without their consent.
CareerAI offers a limited free tier and a paid "Pro" subscription billed monthly through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal in your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and we do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods except where required by law.
You agree not to: misuse the Service to process content that is unlawful, abusive, or infringing; attempt to circumvent usage limits (for example, creating multiple accounts to evade the free tier); reverse-engineer or scrape the Service; or use the Service to build a competing product.
We rely on third-party providers to operate CareerAI, including Supabase (authentication, database, and file storage), OpenAI (AI analysis), and Stripe (payments). Your use of the Service is also subject to processing by these providers as described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for outcomes of job applications, interviews, or hiring decisions related to your use of AI-generated suggestions.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time by contacting us.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable local law.
